Properties are furnished unless stated. All rents quoted are payable monthly in advance.

A deposit of one months rent, together with one months rent, agreement charge of £100 + vat & inventory charge (only on furnished properties) is payable on all properties prior to possession.

Rents quoted may be negotiable subject to status/length of let. We can offer you possession on vacant properties in 24 hours subject to references.

Should you not find your property requirements here, please remember this list is updated daily. A shorter let of 2-3 months may be considered on some properties for a higher monthly rental.

A £250.00 non-returnable deposit is required to reserve a property subject to references for a maximum of fourteen days. This will be deducted off the first rent payment.
